Mr. Alok Singh, Founder & Director Stahlworx is a versatile result oriented professional with 16 years of rich hard-core experience in manufacturing. His expertise lies in production planning, productivity enhancement, product development & manpower management. He is adept in leading large manufacturing operations with modern manufacturing facilities and motivating large workforces in delivering superior performances. Mr.Singh has substantial experience in achieving significant improvements in production and quality by implementing modern techniques of manufacturing. He has been a proactive leader actively promoting a culture of team-work and excellence to boost morale and control attrition

Mr. Harshavardhan Nayak, Co-Founder & Director Stahlworx, has over 16 years of experience in the engineering industry. He started his career in 2000 soon after his graduation & was employed with major corporate houses, managing national projects in the Telecom Industry. Under his leadership Stahlworxhas completed various prestigious projects; he formed Stahlworx Engineering Private Limited in 2009 initiating its foray in Substation & Distribution Structures and has taken several initiatives to accelerate the company’s top-line and bottom-line growth. His vision and strategic business leadership are instrumental in establishing Stahlworx in a leadership position in the fabrication industry. He looks after the overall business strategy of the Company and Business Development coupled with expansion projects of the Company.
